Our staff are chosen for their ability to provide the best possible care for your child to a high standard that you as parents should expect and deserve.

All staff are CRB checked upon joining Out of School Club. (CRB = Criminal Records Bureau)

Staff ratios are:-

1:8 for 3-8 year olds

1:16 for over 8’s

The club is led by the responsible person currently Niki Millward and is named for the clubs registration and legislative purposes. The club leader is supported by a small dedicated team of staff.

All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme, as well as periodic ongoing training. All staff have opportunities to gain qualifications in Foundation and Modern Apprenticeship in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, Paediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Child Protection as well as other accredited qualifications identified during their regular supervisions and appraisals.
