All of our staff hold either NNEB, NVQ level 3 or 2 qualifications in Early Years Childcare.  Staff are employed in line with the regulations governing childcare, including a Criminal Records Bureau check, First Aid, Child Protection, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and many more to ensure all employees/volunteers are suitable to work in a childcare setting.

The staffing ratios are as follows:

0 – 2 year olds               1 staff per 3 children (1 per 2 if needed)

2 – 3 year olds               1 staff per 4 children

3 – 4 year olds               1 staff per 8 children
